this is a problem with IFO parsing/menu system. - this will not be
fixed before the first release.

yes. -

1) we need to scan all ifo files, and create a playlist containing
all the PTTs - but that would not insure the first entry will be
the movie

2) implement the menu system. - this will make all the DVDs workable
  (if not we've to put more energy into the IFO files)
