mpeg2dec/libvo integration into OMS
I just had a good idea on how to deal with integrating everything.
Although OMS needs extra functionality from the video out plugins,
mpeg2dec needs
the same amount of funcionality that every other video codec would ever
need. So,
OMS could have a struct just with the functions used by the video codec
inside
its main struct. Or just put them on top so the offset is the same.
About integrating
the sources, maybe we could put the OMS support functions in a separate
file, and
just compile them in if needed.
I think it's a good idea to move all the video_out drivers into a
subdirectory
of libvo like Yoann did in his libvo. So then, OMS could include those
without
putting extra stuff on mpeg2dec's distribution.
BTW, sorry I haven't been around, I still haven't gotten my desktop at
home to
connect to my ISP. As soon as I'm done going through the backlog of
e-mail it has
accumulated, I'll probably move into a new ISP. At work we're behind a
pretty
restrictive firewall, so I can't even show up on IRC.
